We are currently seeking hard working Welders to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Perform structural welding of steel trailer frames, chassis, and components according to blueprints and shop drawings.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications to assemble trailer structures accurately.
- Operate and ensure the proper functioning of welding equipment used in the fabrication process.
- Fit and secure trailer parts using hand and power tools prior to welding.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and structural standards.
- Repair or reinforce trailer components as required during production.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and report equipment or maintenance issues as needed.
- Work independently or as part of the fabrication team to meet production deadline
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school (preferred).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Welding certification is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional weekends when necessary.
