About the company:
GTA Finest Restoration Services is primarily responsible for the renovation of residential buildings and this year we also started to obtain contracts for residential houses. Our job is to take care of fixing, repairing and improving the apartments or houses. We make sure the floor, the paint, and the walls in all the rooms look brand new. We also make sure all the work is delivered on time and with high quality.
We seek four hard-working Floor Covering Installers to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Inspecting and accurately measuring residential floors and surfaces to prepare them for new coverings, in alignment with the project’s restoration goals.
- Removing existing flooring and discarding this material, ensuring spaces are clean and ready for improvement.
- Measuring, marking, cutting, and installing new floor coverings such as carpet and hardwood, ensuring a high-end finish.
- Utilizing adhesives, nails, staples, and power tools to securely and safely install flooring materials in line with company quality standards.
- Clean up leftover adhesives, mop up floors, inspect finished products for flaws and replace any defective flooring material.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of high school (preferred).
- 7 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in floor covering installation or a related construction trade.
- Flexible hours including weekends.
- Physically demanding.
