With over 60 years of experience in the retail and food service industries, the company has developed strong expertise in food production and product development, allowing it to respond efficiently to evolving customer needs and expectations.

We are currently seeking two Food Service Supervisors to join our team and support the continued delivery of high-quality and reliable food service operations. The successful candidates must be dependable, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Organize, supervise, and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Establish work schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Estimate and order ingredients, food products, and supplies required for daily operations
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor food and supply levels
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety, and customer service procedures
  • Ensure food quality, portioning, and service standards are maintained
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of food service staff
  • Resolve customer concerns and support efficient daily operations
  • Assist management in implementing operational procedures and workflow improvements

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required
  • Completion of a college program related to food service or restaurant management, or at least 2 years of experience in food preparation or food service operations, is required
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food service environment is considered an asset
  • On-the-job training will be provided to further develop existing food service, supervisory, and operational skills in accordance with company procedures and standards
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and working in cold conditions
