We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape stainless steel and sheet metal components according to project requirements
- Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including brakes, shears, forming machines, and related metalworking tools
- Smooth, grind, and polish metal surfaces to meet quality and sanitary standards
- Assemble and join sheet metal components using welding, soldering, riveting, and mechanical fasteners
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications
- Repair and maintain fabricated stainless steel and sheet metal products as required
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company fabrication standards
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Minimum 2–3 years of sheet metal fabrication, welding, or related metalworking experience OR completion of a recognized apprenticeship program
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications
- Experience operating sheet metal fabrication and metalworking equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends when required
